Brad is the Senior Associate Pastor and assists with leading, teaching and pastoral care. He oversees the engagement process for everyone that attends Catalyst including Connect Groups, short courses (Alpha, etc). He also provides oversight and support to the Creative Ministry Team. Brad also assists with aspects of facilities management, occupational health and safety and information technology.

Lynne is an Associate Pastor involved in the management of Catalyst’s pastoral care program that covers a holistic approach to caring for the church family. In addition, Lynne oversees Women’s Ministry, Gems (over 50’s), discipleship and the Community Garden. She is involved in teaching and also conducts the Shine and Unashamed Programs. Lynne is also our qualified and appointed Counsellor and heads up the Catalyst Care Counselling practice located at the church.

Ruth is the Operations Pastor and oversees the administration of Catalyst Church including also facilities management and maintenance, financial management, people and culture (HR), digital and socials and information technology. Ruth also oversees the management of the Foundry Café and provides support to those who conduct our Mainly Music Program. As a Pastor, Ruth is also involved in teaching and providing pastoral care.

Angela is involved in running our engagement program that helps navigate people from becoming a guest to attending and being involved in Catalyst. In addition, Angela also helps with the coordination of the Catalyst Care Missions programs and heads up the CAP (Christian Against Poverty) Program that provides sound financial advice in dealing with debt.

Kat is the leader of our Catalyst Kids Ministry and oversee the pastoral care and teaching of children from toddlers to Year 6. Kat also helps coordinate our Nurtured@Catalyst playgroup that operates on Wednesday mornings. She is also involved in assisting with administration on weekday mornings and coordinates the hire of our facilities.

Loren is the leader of our Catalyst Youth. She has a heart to see youth from all walks of life comes to faith in Jesus. Loren heads up a team of leaders who run the youth program on Friday nights. She is also the coordinator behind the Turn Up Club which is a park outreach at Suttons Park every Wednesday afternoon.

Sam is the Generations Leader and with his wife, Jo, oversees the Young Adults and Young Families ministry. Jo is also involved in assisting with the Nurtured@Catalyst program on Wednesdays.

Jeremy is the Creative Arts Director at Catalyst. He is responsible for the Creative Arts department which includes worship teams and leaders, sound, lighting, media and the livestream broadcast production of our services.

Nicole assists with the administration of the Creative Arts department and assists with production, rostering and programming of our services.

Micah is involved with broadcast and production of our Catalyst Services as part of the Creative Arts department. Micah is also involved in the property and facilities maintenance.

Tony and Alli head up the training and oversight of the Ministry Team who help with altar prayer ministry after our services.
